Janon Rollins, 100% Massachusetts Board Member

Janon Rollins is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience in child welfare, organizational leadership, and human services. She has held pivotal roles at the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families, Boston CASA, and the Department of Mental Health’s Central Office where she strengthened systems, improved cross-agency collaboration, and advanced organizational well-being.

As a Contract Manager for DCF, Janon worked closely with community-based providers to enhance quality and resolve systemic challenges impacting children and families. At Boston CASA, she designed and implemented operational procedures that deepened trust and communication with judges and juvenile court staff. In her leadership at the Department of Mental Health, she guided strategic initiatives, including developing the project charter for implementing the CLASS Standard Framework.

Now the founder of LeadIQue Consulting, she helps organizations strengthen equity, trust, and collaboration through a balance of intellectual and emotional intelligence, guiding leaders to make thoughtful, people-centered decisions that inspire sustainable change. A Co-Active Coach (IC) and trained mediator, she helps teams build trust, navigate conflict, and foster lasting cultural transformation. Janon holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Management in Human Services and a Graduate Certificate in Multicontextual Trauma from Simmons University.
